Be Happy-- 31 Keys to Happiness




How's your new year going? Did you make any of those resolutions this year? You know, lose weight, make more money, etc?

We all make them, but unfortunately we don't always stick to them.  By February we have run out of steam.  

I have discovered that in order to stick to tbrm, hit need to turn them into smart goals, and as motivation to sticking with your goals, you got to get happy.

I have found that when you're happy, genuinely happy, you can accomplish anything.  So how do you get happy?  

Here are my keys to Happiness:

  1. Make the decision to be happy.  Sometimes just deciding to be happy can make a huge  difference. Start by just saying to yourself every morning “I am happy”. Write it on a post-it. Stick it to computer or phone. When you are feeling stressed or overwhelming, look at it and say it to yourself. I am happy.
